Our teens are at a crossroads.

Inside Game™ is here to meet the moment.

Empowering Pasadena Youth

Inside Game™ was created to tackle teen mental health by empowering Pasadena area youth through sports and self-care — helping young athletes grow their skills on the field, while also nurturing their mental health, confidence and personal development.

By focusing on the whole athlete, Inside Game™ builds protective strengths that help them grow into resilient, well-rounded individuals. And when this happens, our entire community wins.

More than 25 years of expertise on our side.

Inside Game™ is backed by Bourne Family Services, an Altadena-based leader serving at-risk boys and girls since 1999.

About Bourne
